What is ScoreShare?
ScoreShare is an iPhone app for keeping score at amateur and youth soccer matches. You run the
scoreboard and match clock for the game in front of you, record goals and cards,
and can share the live game so others follow along.
Who is ScoreShare for?
Parents, coaches, team staff and anyone helping out at a grassroots soccer match — plus
the family and teammates who want to follow that specific game live.
Can other people follow a match live?
Yes. Share the game link and invited people can follow the live score, match clock
and timeline. The link opens the match in the installed iOS app, a lightweight App
Clip or the browser. Followers do not need to enter a code.
What can I track during a game?
The score, the match clock and periods, goals with optional scorer and assist, and
yellow and red cards. Teams and players can be reused across games, and finished
games stay in your history.
Can followers see updates on their Lock Screen?
Yes. Live Activities show the score and clock on the iPhone Lock Screen — for the
scorekeeper and for people following the shared game.
Is ScoreShare an official league score provider?
No. ScoreShare is not a professional results service. It
is for matches you attend or organise yourself: someone at the game keeps the
score, and ScoreShare shares it.
Which devices are supported, and what does it cost?
ScoreShare runs on iPhone with iOS 17.2 or later. It is free to download and offers
optional in-app purchases. See the App Store listing for current details and pricing.
